Years ago i used to talk about putting out a photo

Years ago i used to talk about putting out a photography book of lonely soda machines in weird places. Wandering around late at night as i've always done, i'd notice them. Out in front of a closed gas station, across an empty little league field, alone in a highway rest stop. You'd see these brightly lit machines like tiny lighthouses in the distance. Unfortunately i never managed to get it together and take those images and nowadays at least where i live,vending machines out in public places like that are as rare as phone booths.

So instead, a couple of years ago i had Midjourney AI help me generate some of the sorts of images i'd wanted to take with my real camera all those years ago. I think they definitely capture the feeling i was looking for.
